DIGITAL ONLINE SERVICES FOR CHILD BENEFIT

Objective

The goal of this project is to create a new digital service for child benefit application in Germany, which is more user friendly and more convenience to help both customer and german federal employment agency employees to simplify the application process.

Approach / Solution

The website is based on responsive design, which offers a more convenience and easier way for the application process and also provides users multiple device options like tablet, smartphone or desktop. Moreover it also aims at more accessibility for diverse groups. 

Client Benefit

This service reduces the working loads of German Federal Employment Agency in order to devote more time on the other more challenged tasks. The data would now be able to be processed automatically.
